I really had a hard time following what was going on, not because its complicated or anything. The story was one of the most braindead and boring campaigns I've ever played. I will always advocate Arkham combat as highly accessible yet stylish and skill-based at high level. Small increase in options and more enemy types was nice, but it really was more about polishing and tightening than reinventing the wheel. Races were annoying but brief all in all.Ĭombat is as good as ever. It controls well and will plow through basically anything. was actually pretty good and not too much of an annoyance once you get a handle on it. Map clutter, shallow side missions, pointless filler. It is kind of shackled to the 7th gen open-world design paradigms, however, and that holds it back. Alot of my critique of the game will probably be colored by having recently finished Mad Max lolĪs an early next-gen exclusive, its a really good looking game. except the execution in Knight is on point instead of a mish-mash of concepts that are poorly implemented or not fleshed out. It shares a lot in common with Mad Max, strangely enough. I just finished the trophy list the other day (yes the whole 100%) so my thoughts are rather fresh.
